Yes this is from experience of also having an Acer myself - before buying any laptop also an Acer do your due diligence of the product.Īcer is known - this I found out later - for their average display, limited BIOS - like no TDP power settings - and fan control features and low power/temp throttling because of very thin heatpipe and single fan system they have, except for the gaming laptops of course.
